Easy step-by-step guide for beginners to open a Binance Account.
Step 1: Open the Binance website
As precautions follow the tips on how to make sure you open the correct Binance website and not a fake, coped website.
- Examine the URL, look for the “secure” certificate to authenticate it is the original website.
- Bookmark the site to make sure you always open the original site.
Step 2: Register on Binance
Sign up with Binance by clicking on the Register icon. Fill in the form with the necessary information. Read and confirm the “terms of service” button.
Some security tips:
Choose a long, “hard to crack” password to secure your account. Make a note of your password, for example in your diary. Make sure the note is well hidden for security purposes.
- Check the strength indicator
- Binance will ask for a password with at least 8 characters, 1 upper case letter, and 1 number.
Proceed by dragging the yellow puzzle piece to the grey puzzle piece. Verify your email address by entering the 6-digit code in the open boxes
Step 3: Security verification and enabling Google 2 way Authenticator
You have two options to choose from. Phone verification or 2- Factor Authentication (Google Authenticator). The phone Verification option will send you a new code via SMS every time you log in to Binance.
- Enter your phone number to receive a verification code, also enter the new code you will receive via email when clicking on the “send code icon” button.
Google Authenticator generates 2-Step Verification codes on your phone that change every 60 seconds. By entering these codes you will receive access to your account.
